
ABOUT DHRUV


Dhruv Nandamudi is a mental health coach, neuroscience scholar and practicing Catholic focused on helping people from all walks of life pursue fulfillment, joy and lasting mental peace.
Dhruv has over a decade of experience researching stress, empathy, resilience, compassion & connection. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Yale University, after which he worked at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence researching optimal methods to improve emotional intelligence and resilience in young adults.
He went on to pursue his PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge where he studied anxiety, stress and resilience — his heart is in helping others discover lasting happiness and lead more fulfilling lives.
His work blends over a decade of research with a Catholic world-view to help clients move beyond temporary relief into lasting peace and a life aligned with faith and purpose.
